MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – April 25, 2011 5:30 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
Also Present: Eric R. Munson, III, Police Chief

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and accepted.
The Police Department’s Fiscal 2012 budget will be presented as $ $6,554.32. Eric mentioned that his budget in fiscal 2011 was $7,107.59. Eric expressed his concerns with the fact that his budget continues to get cut. The Selectboard stated that they had asked every department to level fund and only request what they absolutely had to have to run their department.
Susan Voudren would like to resign from the Conservation Commission. Once the Board of Selectmen receives her resignation the Selectboard will look to appoint a member.
Susan informed the board of the election training that was held in the Town of Otis. The words “The Caucus” means the people attending the caucus (the body).
